Making our Customers Happy

Recently at Disney, I’ve assumed a new role ( shameless AWS plug..), Manager of SRE, Tech Evangelist. In my new role, I still manage my existing SRE Team within Walt Disney Studios supporting such platforms like, but have expanded responsibilities to assist our customers internally. As teams internally are migrating workloads into the cloud, it’s important for individual contributors to stay up to date on best practices in technology across the organization also with internal security practices.
